Planning permission and restrictive covenants?

Restrictive covenants are not typically mentioned on the Charge Register, but that doesn't make them less binding if they are recorded on the property register. Planning permission can not invalidate recorded restrictive covenants, thus the covenant breached will have fiduciary responsibility
