Someone bought an item from me by a hacked paypal account.?

Hello i am an ebay seller.Some days ago i sold an item on ebay and the buyer pay me by paypal.After receiving the clear payment i shipped the item next day.After some days of shipment paypal told me that this is a fraud transaction and they refunded the money from my account.I have already shipped the item and i think the hacker was received the item.The hacker was from bangladesh and i am from usa.Can anyone please kindly tell me what i need to do now to get back my item and please also tell me that can i complain against the hacker?
