I bought a cubs signed baseball today at a sale. Is there much value?

I think it's from 1988 and has 8 signatures on it. One is Cindy Sandberg which is odd to me. I made out a couple more. Vance Law, Mike Bielecki, Angel Salazar, Bob Tewksbury. I think the Salazar is signed Sally or something like that. Is that possible? So I'm curious if this has much value. I'm giving it to my brother, so I'm not selling it...but I'm just curious. Oh and it's on a National league ball. So maybe it was a game ball. Also, above Cindy's name it says something, but can't read. I also have another national league ball I also got at the sale with it, but not signed. Any value to that?
