I'm 37 weeks pregnant should I get the swine flu vaccine ?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and when I went to the dr. this week hey asked me if I wanted to accept or decline the swine flu vaccine. I'm not sure what I should do. I'm never sick, I eat healthy and I havn't had a regular flu shot since I was 8. People at my job have been getting the normal flu shot and end up sick and out of work for a few days. Since I havn't had a normal flu shot in soooooo long I'm worried that getting the swine flu shot I will get very sick. But I'm also worried if I don't if me or my baby will get sick!!!! What should I do!!????????
