Favre staying retired?? Now who is team to beat in the division?

Everyone was saying the vikings were because they were gonna get Favre... But since he isn't gonna be their QB and someone bad like Jackson is. I think the Bears for three reasons. 1) Bears got jay Cutler. 2) Our defense and OL is packed. 3) Last year the Bears went 9-7 with KYLE ORTON... what about this year?
