you may be spinning slightly forward onto your toe picks, try and spin on the of your feet, or you could try if you have mastered the one footed spin, whilst done the one footed spin bring your raised leg down until touching the ice and that may help, preferably just keep practising you will get it eventually we all have something we struggle with I always struggled with the salchow :') anyway good luck just keep your weight centered and keep practising :)
