First and most important- Love the body you have. IF you are concerned about weight and are under a doctors care, please be careful. If you are not able to exercise, then start watching what you do eat. Stick with whole foods. Stuff that is not "packaged". ie, veggies and fruit, and whole grains. Drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. Don't worry about your scale! Find what you like about yourself, and focus on that!!!! Get healthy first! Start a new hobby! Listen to good music! Take time to meditate. You will be just fine!
