Defined contact order, what access could he get?
I don't know how things are where you are, but usually judges/courts look down on those who can't meet current obligations. By the sounds of it he is proving your case of concern for you. You'd probably be wise to keep records of his inability to keep up with current access, ie the 1 out of 3 nights, make any notes about comments your children make or how it impacts them based on observation, ie does one or both of them show disappointment with a loss of appetite, hard to get out bed, etc Anything like this will more than likely help your case to protect your children until they can make more informed decisions for themselves. On another note, sometimes all this is an empty smoke screen just to step on your emotional coattails, especially considering the fact that he's playing a drama card in such a public way on facebook, etc. If he thinks that's a good way to doent his story, let him; if its viewable by either of your children, use it against him. Just be sure that any contact you have with him is civil, regardless of what format. Good luck.
